Moderate Earthquake: 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit southeast of Mawlaik

A 5.5-magnitude earthquake hit about 14 miles southeast of Mawlaik Township on Wednesday, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology. This moderate earthquake in Sagaing Region with a depth of 93 kilometers occurred at about 7:43 p.m. Myanmar Standard Time.
