Work Undertakings: Meeting at DSTA and paying homage to the pagoda

Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with the Faculty members of Defence Services Technological Academy (DSTA) and cadets at the DSTA Convocation Hall on Wednesday.

The Senior General said for effective study of the major subjects, the numbers of lecturers and trainees have been assigned in balanced ratio, and urged all to strive to become good officers who are excelled in practical work field.

He also called for conducting constant training while studying books and periodicals for gaining general knowledge. He also stressed the importance to make systematic training to become good engineers along with the systematic training method. Emphasizing the need to carry out for nation building endeavours, the Senior General urged all to strive for achieving progress in line with the changing age.

The Senior General and party later visited Maha Shwe Myin Tin Pagoda, and offered flowers and lights, making cash donation for all-round renovation of the pagoda. The Senior General also offered flower, water and lights to the Buddha Image at Pada Footprint Hall, and paid homage to the Pada Footprint.
