Collective cleaning tasks: Kachin State CM participated in the collective tasks

The collective cleaning tasks were carried out for the students to study happily when the schools in Kachin State are opening for the 2024-2025 academic year and the good looks of the schools in time for the reopening. Led by the Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htain Nan, the cleaning tasks were carried out in the basic education High schools in Myitkyina in the morning on May 25.

The Chief Minister together with the State Ministers and State/District/Township level departmental officials, carried out the collective cleaning tasks at No (3) basic education High school and No (2) basic education High school in Aung Nan Ward of Myitkyina Township.

After that, the Chief Minister attended the occasion of providing basic foodstuff by the National Disaster Management Committee and the State Government held at the Manaw Shwe Pyi Hall of the collective office compound for the temporary displaced households from Waimaw Township to Myitkyina.

At the occasion, the Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan gave words of encouragement for the temporary displaced households.

Then, the Chief minister, Chief Justice of the State High Court and State Ministers handed 215 rice bags provided by the National Disaster Management Committee and 215 boxes of instant noodle worth 19.565 million Kyats for 215 temporary displaced households constituted 850 individuals.

Next, the displaced households expressed words of thanks and reported the difficulties of the accommodation and food in temporary sheltering churches and other requirements and the Chief Minister fulfilled the requirements by coordinating with the relevant departments and provided 3.1 million Kyats for the roof of temporary building of shelter.

After that, the Chief Minister held a meeting with the departmental officials and wards and villages administrators for the pleasantness and beauty of Injunkha Creek and gave necessary instruction.

Then, the attendee State level departmental officials, Chairman of District Administration body and Chief executive officer of the development committee clarified the implementation of ground surveying works for cleaning of creek, setting the creek area and boundary, status of land ownership along the creek and land development work for implementation of View Point at a junction of Injunkha Creek at the bank of Ayeyawady River in Sitapu Ward and the Chief minister coordinated requirements to implement a pleasant and beautiful creek at the middle of the capital City, it’s reported.
