Tourism Sector:Chin State Tourism Committee holds meeting 2/2024

Chin State Tourism Committee held the meeting 2/2024 on Tuesday at the regional Government office in Hakha Township.

In this meeting, Chairman of the Committee Chief Minister Dr. Wong Hsun Htanstressed that developing and expanding the tourism sector can raise the socio-economic lives of the local ethnic groups and development of the private sector.

In order to develop the tourism sector in the state, the district and township Destination Management Organizations (DMOs) have already been reorganized. The Chief Minister urged concerned officials to focus on matters in line with the current situation and issues related to tourism development that will benefit the local people.

And, attendees made discussions on a series of matters and issues, and Chairman of the Tourism Committee coordinated the discussions.
