








Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung visited the Border Ethnic Youth Development Training School in Pindaya Township, heard report and fulfilled the requirements on the 18th of May.
In the meeting with faculty members and trainees, the Union Minister stressed the importance of regional stability for development in the area, human resources and readiness as the school is coming. And, he provided cash assistance and inspected the school.
The Union Minister also inspected completion of agricultural pilot project with solar-powered irrigation in Yaybyu Village-tract and held talks with farmers and growers. Also, he inspected construction of the street heading to the ShitThaungLayHtaung Pagoda-Yaybyu Village and ThitAlPin-ThalTun street, heard report and gave necessary instructions.
On the 19th of May, the Union Minister inspected the Women's Domestic Vocational Training School (SaikKhaung) , held a meeting with concerned officials and fulfilled the requirements. At the the Border Ethnic Youth Development Training School(SaikKhaung) , the Union Minister held talks with faculty members and trainees and provided cash assistance before inspecting the school and conditions to upgrade the road around the school and to maintain the sports ground.
The Union Minister also inspected road construction and upgrade works in the area and heard reports. On the 20th of May, the Union Minister addressed the training courses opening ceremony at the Border Ethnic Youth Development Training School in Aungpan Township, provided cash assistance and made inspection of the school.
He also inspected upgrade works on the NanThal-TaungLar-TaungKwel-NanTaing Road and the HinKharKone-SinTaung-KhwayYoteTwar Road, heard report and gave necessary instructions.
