Cooperation and Coordination: Meeting with UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinatora.i.

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing received Resident Coordinator of UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinatora.i. for Myanmar Mr. MarcoluigiCorsiand party in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

During the meeting, they discussed matters on temporary resettlement of UN staffs in northern Rakhine State in Sittwe due to the terrorist incidents by AA insurgents, implementation of Unique ID Cards and issuance of Identity Cards to some UN staff who hold the NV Card.

They also sought ways for granting travel grant and temporary residence to UN staff and families in line with the rules and regulations, and cooperation of UN staff in systematic implementation of the tasks.
