Myanmar-Qatar: MoE UM received Qatar Charge d'affaires/Ambassador

The Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received a delegation led by Dr. Rashid Adbulla Al-Kuwari, Charge d'affaires /Ambassador of Qatar Enbassy in Yangon at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw in the evening on 14th May, 2024.

At the call, both sides cordially exchanged views on the upgrading of Urea Fertilizer Factories in Myanmar which are the Energy cooperation between Myanmar and Qatar, technical and investment collaboration in the inland and offshore petrolium and natural gas exploration and the rapid initiatation of the cooperation in the trade matters regarding Liquid Natural Gas.

Also present at the call were the Deputy Minister U Thant Sin, permanent secretary U Than Zaw, Directors General, Managing Directors and the officials under the Ministry of Energy, it’s learnt.
