Inspection of nursery gardens: Yangon Region CM inspected nursery gardens

Yangon Region Chief minister U Soe Thein and Region Government Ministers inspected the status of planting saplings for the monsoon season trees planting in the Mingalardon nursery garden in Insein Township and Ywathagyi (Anaukkwin) nursery garden in Thingangyun Township in the morning on Saturday.

First, the Chief Minister and party heard the clarification of Director U Hla Oo of the Forest Department regarding with the nursery planting of saplings to plant during 2024, extended forming of mangrove forest reserve and public forest protected areas and the Chief Minister gave necessary instruction.

Next, the Chief Minister and party inspected 75987 nursery plants in the garden. Then, the Chief Minister and party also inspected planting of 50,000 nursery plants in Ywathagyi (Anaukkwin) nursery garden in Thingangyun Township, it’s learnt.
