Receiving Diplomat: DPM MOFA UM received Ambassador of Pakistan

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Mr. Imran Haider at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 8th May.

During the call, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs extended congratulations to the Ambassador for the latter’s appointment as Ambassador of Pakistan to Myanmar. They cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further advancement of the existing bilateral relations between the two countries, expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas including bilateral trade and investment, tourism, agriculture and industry between Myanmar and Pakistan.
