Emergency services on site after 5-storey building collapses in Nairobi

Emergency services carrying out rescue efforts after a five-story building collapsed on Tuesday night in Nairobi's Mountain View Ward, Westland's Sub County in Kenya.

All residents of the building except four, including children, have been accounted for, according to a statement released by Nairobi's City County Government. Red Cross said 10 people with minor injuries were rescued. Nairobi county disaster management chief officer said the cause of the collapse remains unknown but detailed investigations will commence on Wednesday.
