Forest and Biodiversity: Seminar on Conservation in Myitkyina

A seminar on forest and biodiversity conservation was held at Aye Mya Thida Hall of No-1 Basic Education High School in Myitkyina of Kachin State on Friday.

In the seminar, Assistant Director of the Myitkyina District Forest Department and officials highlighted the conservation of forests and watershed areas, benefits of the forests, and forests and climate change reduction. They also answered the questions raised by the students. The seminar aims to love the forests and biodiversity and to raise awareness about the climate change and benefits of the forests.
