Cheerful Celebration: Vibrant festivities at Yangon's Thingyan Pandals

In Yangon, various Thingyan Pandals were crowded with revelers enjoying water throwing and entertainment programs. At Yangon Mayor’s Pandal, a Yein dance competition took place in the morning, along with Thingyan entertainment by renowned artists.
Chief Minister U Soe Thein, together with the Yangon Command Commander and officials, visited the Mayor’s Pandal and enjoyed the entertainment programs, participating in the throwing of water.
At the Walking Thingyan, artists from the movie and music industries entertained the audience with various performances. Thingyan revelers of all ages enjoyed the festival filled with cheerfulness.
