Traditional Festival: MOC Thingyan Pandal promises varieties of entertainment

The Ministry of Construction organized an opening ceremony of Thingyan Pandal for staff families on Saturday.
At the auspicious time, Union Minister U Myo Thant, Deputy Ministe U Win pe, the Permanent Secretary and Directors-General formally opened the pandal. Famous vocalists entertained with songs and dances while the Yein dance troupes performed with melodious Thingyan songs.
The Union Minister and party enjoyed the performance and took part in water sprinkling. Thingyan Pandal of the Ministry of Construction sets to stage entertainment programs from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm during Thingyan days. Moreover, charity feasts will be served to the revellers.
