Egyptian Airforce drops aid over Gaza

Egyptian Air Force dropped aid onto Gaza and trucks drove humanitarian trucks through its border with the Palestinian enclave amid a deepening hunger crisis.

The ongoing war in Gaza has led to a worsening humanitarian crisis, with a new report by a coalition of aid groups including UN agencies projecting that northern Gaza will face famine in the coming weeks.

In its latest update, the Gaza health ministry said close to 32,000 people have been killed in the enclave since October 7. More than 74,000 people have been injured.
