Enactment of Laws: Amendments to Employment and National Food Laws

The State Administration Council issued its Law No.19/2024, the Law Amending the Employment and Skill Development Law on Wednesday.

According to the Section 419 of the Constitution, the council enacted the law which comprised with four sections, substituting the terminologies and changes of phrases in Section Section 7(e) and Section 28 (d).

Likewise, the council enacted Law No.20/2024, the Law Amending the National Food Law (2024), comprising with five sections. The amendments have been made in phrases of Section 28, 29, 30 and 31.

The amendment law were signed by Senior General Min AUng Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council.
