2nd coordination meeting: Region Public Military Service Summoning Committee

The 2nd coordination meeting on Sagaing Region Public Military Service Summoning Committee was held at the meeting hall of the region government office in the morning on 18th March and was attended by the region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw, region ministers, members of region and district Public Military Service Summoning Committees in person and the chairmen of Naga Self-Administered Zone, Kalay, Katha, Sagaing, Yay-U, Shwebo administrative bodies through Video Conferencing system.

Speaking at the meeting, the Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw said that as there are spreads of rumors by the media from abroad and attempts to mislead between the Tatmadaw and the public on the exercising Public Military Service exercise, the government has clarified to understand the true situation with multiple ways for the nearest public service personnel and nearest families.

The district and Township committees need to understand the tasks to be implemented and carry out the tasks to be successful by drawing the plans.

Next, the chairmen of district administrative bodies in video conferencing system and the Deputy district administrator of Monywa district clarified the work implementation of enumeration for summoning public military servants in the district and townships.

After clarification of work implementation for the public military service summoning enumeration process and the status of work implementation by the members of region and district public military service summoning committees, the region government members and attendees supplemented General suggestions regarding with the work implementation for the public military service summoning.

After coordinating on the suggestions by the attendees, the region Chief Minister gave a speech of conclusion.
