Rotary’s maternal health initiative in Nigeria

The Rotary International President Gordon Mclnally visited to Nigeria from Friday with a fresh donation of $7 million for eradication and disease prevention.

Rotary International is a non-political and non-religious organization. It is carrying out a community outreach program targeted at reducing maternal and neonatal mortality in Nigeria. It seeks to specifically enlighten families in six states of the federation. The President of Rotary International said the organization had committed 2 million US dollars to execute the project.
