Summer sports trainings: Shan State CM attended opening of summer sports trainings

With the purposes for the youth to spend the summer vacation productively, becoming qualified athletes and decent citizens and the health and fitness of entire people, opening ceremony of basic summer sports training organized by the Shan State Government was held at the State sports ground in Taunggyi Township at 3 PM on March 4.

At the opening ceremony, Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Aung encouraged the youth and students who will attend the sports trainings to try hard to be outstanding athletes in related sports under the systematic training with advanced techniques by the qualified instructors and decent youth for the country.

After reciting the sports resolves by the trainees, the Chief Minister, Chief Justice of State High Court, State Ministers and officials greeted the trainees, the trainees demonstrated Taekwondo, Wushu and the Chief Minister, Chief Justice of State High Court, State Ministers and State Advocate General provided instruments for Drum and Bugle Corps and sports training aid materials.
