Renovation Progress: Healthcare initiative at Workers’ Hospital

Renovation works are underway at the Workers’ Hospital in Tamwe Township of Yangon Region.

On Saturday, Union Minister U MyintNaung visited the hospital and oversaw the progress of extension and renovation works at the Out-Patient Department. He also observed the treatment process for insured patients with kidney failure and other medical wards, suggesting providing treatment to about 50 patients with kidney failure in a month. He called for providing quality healthcare services to insured workers to become a reliable Social Security Scheme for employers and insured workers.
