Tour of Yangon Universities: Infrastructure and academic advancement

Union Minister for Science and Technology, Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, visited West Yangon University on February 15th, where he met with the Rector, faculties, and staff.
During his visit, the Union Minister inspected the construction of a 3-storey building, lecture rooms, lab rooms, library, sports stadium, and the chosen site for a new football ground.
On February 16th, the Union Minister and officials visited the University of Information Technology, where they met with the Rector, faculties, and staff. He received reports on academic matters and the construction of a 6-story building. He emphasized the importance of contributing to socio-economic development through effective utilization of ICT technology.
Subsequently, they proceeded to Yangon Technological University, where they viewed classrooms, practical rooms, computer rooms, teaching aid equipment, library, and workshops. The Union Minister instructed to carry out academic teaching with accelerated momentum.
