Super Bowl parade shooting toll rises to 22 injured, one dead

At least 22 people were injured and one person was killed in a shooting at a parade celebrating the Kansas City Chief's Super Bowl victory in United States, police said.

Some of those injured were children and police have detained three people as part of the investigation into the spurt of violence that overshadowed a huge festive celebration.

An estimated 1 million people were in downtown Kansas City for the parade and rally to mark the Chiefs' repeat championship win.
