Rural Development: Road repair and agricultural works inspected

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe on Thursday inspected the repair work on Thapyay San Village entrance road in Pobbathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw.

Officials reported on work progress and the Union Minister instructed for timely completion of the tasks meeting the set standard. They then inspected cattle breeding on a manageable scale.

The Union Minister and party later arrived at Thahtay Kone Village and oversaw the cultivation of maize, summer paddy and winter crops as well as production of maize silage. The Union Minister instructed the need for systematic implementation of the agricultural works for boosting the yields.
