Energy Sector: MOE Union Minister receives Russian Ambassador

Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Iskander Azizov in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

During the meeting, they discussed several key matters, including the construction of an oil refinery in Myanmar, plans for integrating AI technology into geology and geophysics processes to enhance the extraction of oil and natural gas, and the promotion of cooperation between the two countries in the energy sector.
