Red alert for flooding in France's Pas-de-Calais, testing residents' patience

Nearly fifty people have been evacuated from their homes in the Pas-de-Calais region in France, which is once again under red flood alert, putting the nerves of local residents to the test a month and a half after a historic flooding episode. "As soon as it rains, we get scared and come to see the river, even in the middle of the night," said a flood victim from the commune of Quernes.
