Hotels & Tourism: Union Minister makes inspections in Shan State

Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism Dr. Thet Thet Khaing together with Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye and many other officials inspected the TitTaPinTaung resort in Kengtung Township.

The Union Minister also inspected the NaungTon Lake and construction of the Kengtung Haw Nan and heard report. She also paid homage to the Mahamuni Pagoda, offered flowers, water and oil lamps and donated cash to the Pagoda Board of Trustees.

Also, the Union Minister visited WangSaing Village, home to tea plantations and gave necessary instructions. She continued her inspection trip to the Kengtung Waterfall in HoYang Village, gave necessary instructions regarding the environmental and watershed protection and presented cash award to the cultural group which performed a stage performance.
