Ecuador president attends military change of responsibility ceremony

Ecuador's President Daniel Noboa presides over a military change of responsibility ceremony in Quito, where he swears in a new chief of the Joint Armed Forces Command.

"Rest assured that my government will not give in to any threat, nor will we make pacts with criminals," Noboa tells the Armed Forces in a speech.
