Opening of computer basic course: MoC Union Minister gave opening remark

The opening ceremony of computer basic course No.(1/2023) and the refresher course on office skills No. (2/2023) for senior and junior clerk personnel was held at the Central Training Center (Thuwanna) of the Ministry of Construction in Thingangyun Township on Monday.

The ceremony was attended by the Union Minister U Myo Thant, Permanent Secretary, Director General, departmental heads, principal, trainers, trainees and concerned officials.

In his opening remark, the Union Minister said that the training courses were conducted annually for all civil service personnel, with the aim to enhance capacity building and performance of the staff. He urged all the trainees to follow employee ethics and morality, strive to become disciplined civil service personnel who can shoulder the state duties and to learn in handling and maintainence of security documentations in accordance with the instructions, regulations and the office procedures manual.

Then, the Union Minister and party warmly greeted the trainees and posed a documentary photo together with the principal, trainers and trainees.
