Development Initiatives: Meeting local community and MSME Expo

Member of the State Administration Council, Mahn Nyein Maung, along with Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win, met with the local community in Myan Aung District on Saturday.

The SAC member outlined ongoing development projects aligned with the 5-Point Road Map and 9 Objectives of the State Administration Council, while the Chief Minister provided guidance to enhance the yield of monsoon and summer paddy in the region.

The Chairman of the Myanmar District Administrative Council reported on various administrative, economic, and social matters within the district. During the meeting, agricultural inputs for summer paddy projects in Myan Aung, Kyan Khin, and Ingapu Townships were distributed, along with solar power lamps for village tracts in Myan Aung Township.

Subsequently, the SAC member and Chief Minister visited the MSME Products Expo, where they examined displays of MSME products, bamboo-related items, timber products, and traditional medicines. They also visited booths featuring the Myan Aung/Shwe Pyi Tha Oil Field, Livestock and Veterinary Department, Fisheries Department, Agriculture Department, Mechanized Farming Department, Myan Aung Natural Gas Fired Power Plant, and the Free of Charge Clinic of the Health Department.

The SAC member instructed the need to strive for increased production of local products.
