Sport Sector: SAC members attend finals of aerobic competition

The 2023 Inter- State/Region Women’s Aerobic final competition was held at the Wunna Theikdi Stadium (A) in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday with the presence of members State Administration Council Daw Dwe Bu, Porel Aung Thein, Dr. Hmu Thang, Dr. Ba Shwe and U Shwe Kyein, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, departmental officials and many other concerned officials.
At first, the SAC members and attendees enjoyed the final matches of Aerobic Tournament. Then, the awarding ceremony was continued and the SAC members presented cash award and trophies to first, second and third winner teams in 9-member event, Physical Fitness Dance, trio and individual events.
Likewise, Myanmar Women’s Sport Federation presented cash award to 4th, 5th and 6th winners in the tournament.
The 2023 Regions and State Aerobic Competition was held in collaboration with the Department of Sports and Physical Education under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and Myanmar Women’s Sports Federation from 15th to 17th November aiming to gain good habits in implementing group activities and to turn out new generation youths with physically and mentally strength. 234 aerobic athletes from 14 teams took part in the tournament.
