Suspects Arrested: 4 suspects for various organized crimes arrested in Laukkai

The Kokang Self-Administered Zone Court has issued arrest warrants on the 15th of November to take legal actions against Ming Xuechang, Ming Guoping (aka) Ming Xiaoping, Ming Julan, and Ming Zhenzhen, who have been involved in or attempting to commit, as well as collaborating on various organized crimes such as online fraud, seduction, abduction, illegal detention, and extortion in the Kokang Self-Administered Zone of Shan State.

Among them, Ming Xuechang, Ming Guoping @ Ming Xiaoping and Ming Zhenzhen were apprehended in LaukKai of the Kokang Self-Administered Zone. Plans are underway to transfer them to the People’s Republic of China for legal proceedings.

The government is actively investigating and combating organized crimes, establishing the law enforcement agencies nationwide. Additionally, efforts include establishing contact and cooperation with neighboring countries to address and resolve these issues.
