Fuel Oil Information: Foreign tankers continue to arrive for supply

Regarding the fuel oil supply in the country, foreign tankers continue to arrive at the Terminal Thilawa in Yangon Region. On the 14th of November, fuel oil from 3 tankers is being discharged and there are 2 more tankers waiting to discharge.

More oil tankers are expected to arrive. On the 14th of November, the Work Committee on Import, Storage and Distribution of Fuel Oil supplied over 900,000 gallons of 92 RON gasoline, over 150,000 gallons of 92 RON gasoline, over 750,000 gallons of diesel and over 600,000 gallons of premium diesel to gas stations in regions and states.

Due to the efforts of the Supervisory Committee on Fuel Oil Import, Storage, and Distribution to ensure an adequate supply of fuels from Thilawa storage tanks using oil bowsers, long queues at petrol stations have significantly reduced, making it easier and more convenient for the public to purchase the required fuels.
