Terrorist Activity: Explosion between Daik-U & Pyuntaza rail stations

The Myanma Railways reported that mine planted by terrorists at the Mile Post No. 85/1-2 between the Daik-U Railway Station and the Pyuntaza Railway Station exploded and destroyed a concrete block on the bridge on Tuesday.

Security forces invetigated the scene, found 7 more mines and made demining. After the necessary measures, the railway service resumed. It’s reported that terrorist groups since the 1st of February 2021 have bomed the railways and stations areas for 128 times, the railway lines for 46 times and burnt stations and staff housings for 12 times.
