Forest fires hit Amazonian Indigenous villages in Bolivia

Volunteers and firefighters battle fires that went out of control during the burning of forests and pastures for agricultural purposes around the town of Rurrenabaque, between the departments of La Paz and Beni. The Vice Minister of Civil Defense, Juan Carlos, assures that "these are not large or uncontrolled fires".
