Prizes Awarding Ceremony: SAC members awarded prizes & trophies to the winner teams

The 2023 Inter- Regions and States Taekwondo final match and prize awarding ceremony was held at the Wunna-Theidi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 11th November.
The ceremony was attended by the members of State Administration Council Daw Dwe Bu, Porel Aung Thein, Dr. Hmu Htan, Dr. Ba Shwe, U Shwe Kyein, U Yan Kyaw, Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers, departmental officials, coaches of the contestant teams, athletes and sport enthusiasts.
First, the athletes who won the first prize demonstrated in the competitions of pair (man+woman), single performance (man), single performance (woman), team competition (men) and women.
In the final matches, Yangon and Sagaing Region competed in man single attack (50-54)Kg, Yangon and Mandalay Regions in woman single attack (62-67 Kg), Rakhine and Shan States in man single attack (68-74 Kg).
In the prize awarding ceremony, the SAC members U Yan Kyaw, U Shwe Kyein, Dr. Ba Shwe, Union Ministers, Union auditor General, Deputy Minister awarded the medals of honor and cash prizes to the winners.
Next, the SAC members Dr. Hmu Htan and Porel Aung Thein awarded the first prize trophies to the team Yangon Region (Women) and team Yangon Region (Men).
The SAC member Daw Dwe Bu awarded the championship trophy to the team Yangon Region. In 2023 Inter- Regions and States Taekwondo competition, a total of 280 athletes from 15 teams of men and 15 teams of women competed from 7th to 11th November.
