Training Completion: Teachers’ special refresher course completed

Completion ceremony of the Batch 26 Teachers’ special refresher course from the universities and colleges was held at the Yadana Theingha hall of the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar) on Friday.

The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of Union Civil Service Board U Aung Thaw, concerned officials and the rector and officials from Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar). In delivering speech, the chairman of the Union Civil Service Board U Aung Thaw stressed that Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar) is to train the service personnel to be fully conversant with the line of duties and responsibilities, to discharge their duties and to serve the interest of the nation and citizens.

Education sector plays a crucial role in developing the nation and the experts and educated citizens are required for the better future of the nation. Therefore,teachers are encouraged to nurture the younger generations to become the qualified citizens who can preserve national characteristics and shoulder the responsibilities.The training was conducted from 9th October to 10th November and a total of 358 trainees attended the training.
