Boosting Energy Cooperation: MOE Union Minister meets Russian Ambassador

Union Minister for Energy U Ko Ko Lwin received Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Iskander Azizov at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.
