Camel milk powder debuts at Chinese import fair

Camel milk powder from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) quickly became a favorite among potential Chinese buyers following its debut at the sixth China International Import Expo (CIIE).

Research shows that camel milk is better tolerated by people with lactose intolerance and allergies to cow's milk. It may also lower blood sugar, boost immunity, and aid certain behavioral and neurodevelopmental conditions like autism.

Starting in December last year, China allowed the import of camel milk powder from the UAE.
