National Livestock Census: Collection process begins on November 1

Opening ceremony for the national livestock census enumeration took place at Aye Myint Tharyar village in Pobbathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area on November 1 with the attendance of Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung.

During the ceremony, the Union Minister, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Than TunOo and Director General of Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department (Nay Pyi Taw) clarified the national livestock census collection process.

Then, the Union Minister and party oversaw the livestock census collection process in the village and gave necessary instructions. The national livestock census is set to be enumerated in 215 townships in 13 regions/states in November.
