Illegal Trade Eradication: Illegal vehicle, goods and teak confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.
On the 28th, 29th and 30th of October, unregistered vehicle and illegal goods including porcelain pillar, teak and animal medicines worth over 244 million Kyats were confiscated at the Mayanchaung permanent checkpoint, at the Yangon International Airport, in Taungoo district, in Bago district, in Hlegu township and in Sagaing township.
Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
