Statements of condemnation: CSOs strongly condemned armed insurgents’ terror acts

Now is the time for the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to walk on the path of a genuine, disciplined multiparty democratic system, and the 8th anniversary of the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA) could be successfully organized.
At present, some armed insurgents attacked and destroyed some areas of townships in northern Shan State on the morning of 27 October, Friday, intending to cause instability in the country and panic on the people and abduct some innocent people.
The Myanmar War Veterans Organization, Myanmar Press Council, Myanmar Writers Association, Myanmar Motion Picture Organization, Myanmar Music Association (Central) issued statement separately on 27th October, strongly condemning the terror acts of the armed insurgents in the incident to cause injuries to innocent people and loss of the country.
