


Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations with the aim to develop the human resources and to improve the capacity of staffs held the 35th Friday Talk of Knowledge Sharing Program - KSP on Friday afternoon.
The event was attended and given an opening remark by the Union Minister Dr. Kan Zaw. In his opening remark, the Union Minister said that the topic of this program is “The Importance of Sharing Knowledge and the evaluation on the influenced factors over the practices of knowledge sharing”.
Regarding with the knowledge, the acceptance of the most of countries corresponds with the Human and the Psychology. The newly independent developing countries had to struggle for the food security like the developed countries and the Industrialization is prioritized in the implementation.
In prioritizing the industrialization, most of the countries discovered the requirement of technology. So, the salient need for the developing countries is not the financial capital and material, but their need is the Human Resources-HR. most of the countries on the world prioritized the human resource development. So, the KSP program based on the Learning Process is conducted for the human resource development.
At the knowledge sharing session, the Assistant Director Daw Ei Ei Khaing of the Directorate of Investment and Companies Administration talked with the topic of “The Importance of Sharing Knowledge and the evaluation on the influenced factors over the practices of knowledge sharing”.
The attendees raised questions on what they wanted to know and the Union Minister supplemented necessary matters. The event was attended by a total of over 120 personnel including Deputy Minister, Director General and officers and staff members.
