Agriculture & Livestock Sector: Bago Chief Minister makes inspection tour

Bago Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win made inspection tour in the Region on the 17th of October.

At Shan Ywar Gyi village tract in Bago Township, the Chief Minister inspected the harvesting process of monsoon paddy with threshing machine under the management of the regional government. And, he gave instructions to be able to cultivate 3 crops per year and to construct irrigation system.

Then, he inspected the fish ponds under the Oaktha Agriculture, Livestock and Manufacturing Cooperative enterprise and heard reports by the officials. And, he coordinated the requirement on adding 2 inches size fingerlings to the fish ponds. At Oh Bo and Phaye village tracts in Bago Township, the Chief Minister also inspected the harvesting process of monsoon paddy and gave necessary instruction to the officials.
