Arrivals of leaders at Western Balkans summit on EU integration

Albanian Prime Minister welcomed leaders of the Western Balkans and key European Union leaders at the Western Balkans summit on EU integration in Tirana, Albania on Monday.

The meeting will be attended by heads of state and government from the six Western Balkan countries and officials from the European Union, a number of EU member states and representatives of various international institutions. At the meeting, the topics to be discussed include the integration of the region into the single market and improving convergence with the EU, as well as support for the green and digital transition in the Western Balkan countries.

The meeting is expected to adopt joint declarations on trade and transport facilitation, environmental protection and climate partnership between six Western Balkan countries.
