Aid to Rakhine State: Construction materials, medicines & vehicles transported

Under the supervision of the National Disaster Management Committee, relief items are being transported to the Cyclone MOCHA hit areas in Rakhine State.

On Saturday, the MV Mercury Force vessel and MV Weru Pack Kha vessel carrying construction materials including lip Channel, and Light Weight bricks as well as medicines, medical equipment, rice packs and vehicles donated by the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement left the Myanmar Terminal (TMT) jetty for Sittwe Township.
