Regional Development: SAC member tours in Pa-O Self-Administered Zone

Member of the State Administration Council Khun San Lwin, together with Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye and officials, met with departmental personnel, ethnic literature and culture organizations, townshelders and businessmen in Pinlaung Township of PaO Self-Administered Zone on Thursday.

During the meeting, the SAC member emphasized that achievements can be realized through effective coordination with the local community and assured that the council will make necessary decisions to address challenging issues. The Township Administration Council Chairman presented key regional highlights, followed by reports on the needs expressed by the attendees.

Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye addressed these requirements. After delivering closing remarks, the SAC member and officials provided cash rewards to various departments and literature and culture organizations. Subsequently, they visited Mya Thein Tan Sarthintaik, where they made offerings to the Sayadaw.

They proceeded to Naung Taya to inspect the Natural Fertilizer Plant and Potato Cold Storage facilities. At Pariyati Sarthintaik, they presented offerings to the Patron Sayadaw. During discussions with departmental personnel, ethnic literature and culture organizations, town elders, and businessmen, the SAC member pledged to address the region's developmental needs.

Attendees presented their requirements, and the Chief Minister coordinated efforts to meet them. The SAC member concluded the meeting by offering cash rewards to the ethnic literature and culture organizations, alongside officials. They then visited Sekhaung Village in Tikyit to inspect a model plantation, where they distributed sunflower seeds and fertilizer.
