Investment Meeting: Commission permits 6 investment projects

Myanmar Investment Commission held the meeting 3/2023 on Monday at the Union Government Office in Nay Pyi Taw and it’s attended by Chairman of the Commission Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister General Mya Tun Ooand members of the Commission.

This meeting permitted 6 investment projects in electricity, industrial, renewal energy and hotel and tourism sectors worth 72.98 million USD and over 300 billion Kyats. The sectors will create over 2,600 job opportunities. It’s reported that till 2023 August, Singapore, China and Thailand are top investors among 52 countries making main investments in electricity, oil and gas and industrial sectors.
