Training completion: Shan State CM gave certificate of training completion

The ceremony of completing basic training course for early child (3 to 5 years of age) care and development organized by the Shan State Government was held at meeting hall of the office of Nyaung Shwe Township General Administration Department in the morning on 29th September.

At the ceremony, the Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye elaborate 7 social welfare Services implementing by the Social Welfare Department included early childhood care and development service, child and youth protection, women’s development and protection, elderly care and care with disabilities, case management and providing assistance for the volunteer associations and cooperation and the social protection Services. Out of the 7 the social welfare Services, the early childhood care and development service is paramount important etc.

Next, the Director of Shan State Social Welfare Department U Zaw Min clarified the purpose of opening pre-school and the Chief Minister U Aung Zaw Aye and wife who is a patron of Shan State Women’s Affairs Committee and the state minister for social affairs handed the certificate of training completion and the trainees accepted, one trainee extended words of thanks and the trainees presented with the ethnic traditional dances.
