The final match of Bago Region Chief Minister’s Cup 28 Township Men’s SepakTakrawTournament 2023 and awarding ceremony took place at the indoor stadium in Bago on Wednesday. First, the Bago team and Shwe Taung team competed in the SepakTakraw Men's Double Final Event and Bago region and Oak Phoe team competed in the Men’s Triple final event and Bago Region Chief Minister U MyoSwe Win, the regional ministers, officials, enthusiasts and students enjoyed the events.
It was followed by the prize awarding ceremony where officials and regional ministers presented medals and cash awards to the best players along the event and the 3rd, 2nd and 1st prize winning teams. Later, the Region Chief Minister presented cash for referees of Myanmar SepakTakraw Federation, the trophies and cash awards to the first winning Shwe Taung Township Team in the Men's Double Final Event and the first winning Oak Phoe Township Team.
The Bago Region Chief Minister’s Cup 6-district U-25 Men’s SepakTakraw Tournament was held from 23rd to 26th September and 28 teams from 6 districts of Bago region and 140 contestants took part in the event.
