Italian PM Meloni and predecessor Draghi pay respects to former president Napolitano

Italy's Prime Minister Georgia Meloni and her predecessor Mario Draghi paid tribute to former Italian President Giorgio Napolitano at the Italian Senate on Sunday.

Napolitano, who died at the age of 98 on Friday, is lying in state at the Senate with the presence of the Italian President Sergio Mattarella and the President of the Italian Senate.

On Monday, Senate doors will open to the public for Italians to pay their respects to the former president.
