US aid for flood victims arrives in Libya's Benghazi

US aid shipment arrived at Benghazi's Benina airport in Libya after a massive flood submerged the port city of Derna, killing thousands of people and washing many homes out to sea. The US embassy in Libya said Ambassador Richard Norland and the commander of the US military's Africa Command, Michael Langley, were on the plane.
